Hi Moon, I have tried this exact recipe few times and simply love it. Now I wonder if can i use this same recipe for salmon ?

Hi Faith… I think salmon would be OK, but don’t think it will be as good as cod fish. I would stay with fish, not shrimp. I love salmon myself, so please try it with salmon and let me know if it’s just as good as cod.

In the Cod fish in Ginger Soy Sauce recipe you mention ‘Red Pepper Flakes’ is this dried red bell peppers or red chilli peppers as there is quite a big difference.

Sorry, I think you misunderstood the question. I realise it was dry pepper flakes but was it chilli peppers or sweet bell peppers. In the UK chilli peppers are normally referred to just as ‘chillis’ whereas sweet bell peppers are normally referred to just as ‘peppers’. On my search of several supermarkets I found several variations of dried chilli flakes but none of dried peppers flakes.
