  • Firm Tofu (1 piece)
  • Canola or Sunflower oil
  • Salt

  • Soy sauce (4 tablespoons)
  • Rice Vinegar (2 tablespoons)
  • Hot pepper flakes (1 teaspoon)
  • Scallion (1, diced)
  • Sesame Seed (1 tablespoon)
  • Sesame oil (1 teaspoon)
