Pan Fried Vegetable Dumplings

My mom and I love dumplings but we generally do not like meat ones, so, in this video, I share a vegetarian recipe my mom and I always make together with a light tofu and bean sprout filling on the inside and golden crispy wonton skins on the outside.  We love these veggie dumplings so much, even though they are vegan, there is absolutely no taste that has been sacrificed, I guarantee it!

Ingredients:

  • Firm Tofu (1 cake)
  • Bean Sprout (6 cups)
  • Scallions (6 stalks, diced)
  • Garlic (5 cloves, minced)
  • Salt (1/2 tablespoon)
  • Pepper (1 teaspoon)
  • Egg (1 ½ beaten)
  • Wonton Skins (1 pack, they usually come in 50, get 2 if they come less than 50)
