Korean Black Bean “ChaChang Myun” Noodles

Korean “ChaChang Myun” Noodles have become so popular in the West, so, in this video, I show you my vegetarian version.  Potatoes, onions, carrots, and zucchini are simmered cooked in a savory black bean paste, which is then placed over delicious Asian noodles.  A really complete meal your whole family will love!


Asian Wheat Noodles (8-10 ounces)


  • Black Bean Paste (8 tablespoons)
  • Oyster Sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Dark Brown Sugar (3 tablespoons)
  • Water (2-3 cups depending on how big your vegetables are)
  • Cornstarch (2 tablespoons dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water)


  • Potato (1 diced)
  • Zucchini (1 diced)
  • Carrot (1, diced)
  • Onion (1 diced)
