  • Red Bell Pepper (1 small, thinly sliced)
  • Bean Sprout (2 cups)
  • Snow Peas (2 cups)
  • Scallions (2, diced)
  • Ginger (1 inch cube, peeled and diced)
  • Garlic (3 cloves, diced)
  • Soy sauce (3 tablespoons)
  • Peanut oil or sesame oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
