I can’t seem to stay away from ramen soup noodles, which actually have high salt and fat content. The fat is placed in between the noodles so they don’t clump and stick together. I love the Korean brand Shin Raymun, punched with such spicy bold flavor. To remove the fat on the noodles, I first cook the noodles separately in a different pot. I like to add Chinese vegetable, scallion, egg, and fish cakes to my noodle soup. And you must eat with kimchi!
