Who says you can’t eat rice, seaweed and kimchi for breakfast? My mom only knew how to cook Korean food, so my siblings and I grew up eating rice, along with Korean side dishes, for breakfast, lunch and dinner — the Korean way.  This was a typical meal we ate — brown rice, seaweed soup, and kimchee — and I still eat it for breakfast!  So healthy, light and YUM! I NEVER get tired of these 3 foods! And now off to eat…
